2. What We Collect

• Scanner usage: URLs submitted for scanning, scan results and scores. No account required.
• Lead gate: Name and email address (voluntarily provided to unlock full results).
• Purchases: Email address, name, and payment data (processed by Stripe — we do not store card details).
• Technical data: IP addresses (anonymized/truncated), browser type, referring page.
• Analytics: We use Fathom Analytics (privacy-focused, no cookies, GDPR compliant).

3. Why We Collect It

• To provide scan results and generate reports
• To deliver purchased Strike Kits and Blueprints
• To send transactional emails (report delivery, purchase confirmation)
• To improve our scanning tools and service

4. Data Storage

Data is stored on servers hosted by Namecheap (EU/US). Lead data and scan results are stored in encrypted file-based storage. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe (PCI DSS compliant).

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Brevo (Sendinblue) — transactional email delivery

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request correction or deletion
• Object to processing
• Data portability
• Withdraw consent at any time

7. Cookies

We use minimal cookies: session cookies for the app platform (functional, not tracking), and sessionStorage/localStorage for scan counters and discount tracking (client-side only, not transmitted).

8. Data Retention

Scan data: 7 days. Lead data: until deletion requested. Purchase records: as required by Dutch tax law (7 years). You can request deletion at any time.
